These two questions from the title actually go hand in hand. You cannot have a reality without a paradigm from which reality is appearing from. But who or what creates those? Is it just given to us?
There is a consistent human blind spot that the reality that we get is already there; we just happen to have to wake up every day and work at how to live in it. But reality itself is actually not a fixed thing. And in this episode, I’ve decided to tackle this complex topic, to unpack how the current paradigm and our view of reality came to be, how it’s starting to shift for us as the species, and how we can deepen our understanding of this process.
