Maturation Facilitator, speaker, (Hay House) author, Shaman, host of the globally renowned podcast The Infinite Potential of Being Human, and creator of the BodyMind Maturation Method and The Alchemy of Being: Academy of Maturation Coaching.
Nicky is a leading expert in ontology, human behaviour, trauma, the human condition, and energetic intelligence. Through her BodyMind Maturation Process, she facilitates individuals on a profound journey of healing — helping them evolve beyond childhood traumas, breaking free from repeating patterns, and releasing generational stories. Allowing them to mature, access higher states of consciousness, and unlock their infinite potential.

Kate is a certified BodyMind Maturation Coach and the head of our coaching team. She has been mentored and trained extensively by Nicky Clinch since 2021 and is now being trained by Dr. David Norris to deepen her knowledge and awareness on ontology. As well as leading Embodying Freedom, Kate is a core part of the Listening to Life team and facilitates the integration sessions for this programme. She is also a mentor on the Alchemy of Being training and leads coaching supervision sessions for all Alchemy of Being graduates. Kate also has a degree in psychology. Kate is passionate about empowering human beings to live in full freedom and aliveness, by aligning with their authentic truth. She is committed to being a stand for them outgrowing the limitations of their survival.

Natasha McDowell
Natasha is a certified BodyMind Maturation Coach and has been training intensively under Nicky Clinch since 2022, in addition to receiving mentorship from senior Maturation Coaches Kate Lane and Emma Reicher. She is an accredited Holistic and Integrative Nutrition, Life and Hormone Coach and has trained in Narrative Therapy and extensively in body-based and somatic trauma healing modalities for over five years. She is certified in Somatic Trauma Therapies and is a Trauma-Informed Practitioner. Natasha is deeply passionate about supporting human beings to shift out of the addiction to survival-based-living and identity by bringing full consciousness and deep listening to the whole BodyMind experience. Allowing aliveness, flow and joy to be remembered as our true state of being and our creative, generative power to be embodied.

Kate Shirley
Kate is a certified BodyMind Maturation Coach. She has been mentored extensively for the last five years by Nicky Clinch, as well as senior Maturation Coaches in both 1:1 and group containers, plus on retreat in Costa Rica. Kate is deeply committed to supporting human beings in returning to their wild freedom and essence, so they can remember who they truly are. Kate is also a foraging expert and Forest School Leader. She has also trained as a hypnobirthing instructor with The Calm Birth School and is a certified mindfulness teacher. Kate has a degree in Politics and a Master in Middle Eastern Politics, reflecting a fascination and deep curiosity around why human beings behave the way they do.
