Bespoke Private Cooking Classes

These classes are for those of you that want more one to one time. Together we will discuss in depth of any health and well being issues you may be struggling with and any intentions you may have. I will then customise the class and all recipes to suit your emotional, energetic, health and dietary needs. Each class is three-hours long with step-by-step instruction in all aspects of planning, shopping and preparing recipes from a wholefoods diet.  If there are any specific recipes you want to learn we can incorporate this as well.

Throughout working together you will receive personalised health and life coaching from myself to help you deepen your understanding and current relationship with food and to how live, eat and cook from a much more empowered and nourishing place.

Each class will have a good balance between hands on cooking and demonstration by myself. Class can either be in my kitchen at my house or in yours. We will cover between 6-8 recipes in each class. After the class you will be able to enjoy the food you have made and we will always make enough food for you to have plenty of left-overs for the next few days.
