I’ve been collaborating with one of my all time favourite and beautiful brands Neals Yard lately.
Neals Yard have always been one of the brands in the industry that really do everything with the utmost integrity, love and care. When I first started working int he industry I wondered whether it was possible to have business relationships that are also heartfelt, authentic and nourishing relationships and only really wanted to have this kind of relationship with anyone I worked with.
And I’ve been really lucky enough to discover that yes, it is possible. Which I’m pleased to report back about.
The lovely ladies at Neals Yard asked if I would develop some new recipes for them using their new amazing Cocoa Complex Powder. And I have to admit this stuff is a really beautiful product. Deliciously chocolatey but also full of such amazing other medicinal and healing ingredients, like Ashwaganda, Shiitake Mushrum, Shisadra. Really beautiful, deep and nourishing natural foods that all seem to still taste like yummy cocoa powder.
So this Chocolate Mouse is one of those recipes and it is DELICIOUS.
Very quick and simple to make. Rich, so chocolatey and a wonderfully light and wonderful dessert to have for yourself, serve to the kids or any friends and family.
If you don’t have any of the Neals Yard Cocoa Complex Powder just use regular cocoa powder instead.
